古今汉语动词概念化方式的变化及其对语法的影响

The Change of Conceptualization of Verbs in the History of Chinese and Its Effect on Grammar

不同的语言或者同一语言的不同时期 ,概念化的方式可能存在着系统的差别。概念化的方式不同 ,会影响到有关词语的语法表现形式。在各个词类中 ,动词概念化的方式对句子结构的影响最大。本文以汉语动词概念化中的方向义为考察重点 ,说明一种语言的概念化的历史变迁是如何影响其句子结构的变化的。同时 ,根据汉语动词概念化的特点 ,解释了汉语的一系列特殊的语法现象。

Different languages or a same language in different peri od s may employ different ways of conceptualization, which potentially influences t he grammars. Among all syntactic categories,the conceptualization of verbs is mo st likely to determine constructions of sentences. By focusing on the di rectional meaning of verbs in conceptualizing actions, this paper has shown how the change of conceptualization of verbs in the history of Chinese influenc ed the evolution of grammar. In addition, we have explained some peculiar featur es of Chinese grammar on the basis of the special method of conceptualization.
