摘要
目的 :探讨我国医药企业实施知识管理的方法。方法 :结合知识管理理论分析国外医药企业的知识管理实践。结果与结论 :我国医药企业比较适宜采用“知识系统工程”进行知识管理 。
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the way in which Chinese pharmaceutical enterp ri ses conduct knowledge management METHODS:Combining the knowledge management th eory,to analyze the practice of knowledge management in foreign pharmaceutical enterprises RESULTS & CONCLUSION:It is suitable for Chinese pharmaceutical en terprises to adopt the knowledge system to carry out knowledge management,then to bring a great advance in pharmaceutical technology
