摘要
介绍了辊压成型产品的特点、国内外冷弯型钢的发展概况及其在汽车行业中的应用情况,并就第一汽车制造厂在辊压成型生产中出现的问题进行了分析。指出带材在其成型时,板料弯曲处的内表面至外表面产生剧烈的应变梯度,当局部变形量超过δ值时便造成纵向开裂;当δ≥36%时,辊压的车箱边框即出现偏扭现象。对一汽今后如何发展此项技术提出了建议。
This paper presents the features of products manufactured by rollforming, the brief account of cold pressing steel development and its applications in automotive industries home and oversea. The paper also analyses the problems existed in rollforming production in First Auto works, proposes some suggestions about the development in this aspect in future in FAW. It is reported that when the strip steel formed, there was a great strain gradient from inner to outside surfaces of bent portions of the strip, in case the local deformation exceeds the value δ, then the longitudinal cracks will possibly occur, and ifδ≥36%, the rollformed side panels of cargo bodies will be distorted.
