Government Services and the Adjustment of the Structure of Agricultural Industry

农业产业结构是整个社会经济结构调整的重要组成部分,政府作为倡导者,代表了农业生产力的发展要求,但基层政府在认识和做法上还不够到位。政府要在决策、组织、指挥、监督和协调等方面加大对农业产业结构调整的服务力度,以服务促调整,在服务中调整。

The industrial structure of agriculture constitutes an important part in the adjustment of the economic structure of the whole society. As the initiator the government represents the developing trend of agricultural productive forces, but the government at the local levels has not come to full recognition of its duty in practice. Therefore it is necessary for the government to put full emphases on its service in the aspects of policy decision, organization, direction, supervision and coordination in order to promote the fulfillment of adjustment through effective services.
