大学新生群体心理素质实证分析与研究

A Case Analysis and Research on the Group Mental Quality of Freshman

本研究运用卡特尔16种人格因素量表和大学生心理健康量表UPI,以长沙电力学院2002级大学新生为研究对象进行心理健康和心理素质状况调查,结果显示大学新生心理健康状况整体水平较高,但不同学科专业的学生群体心理健康状况发展不平衡,文科学生群体与理工科学生群体间存在显著差异;在个性特征上男生群体与女生群体间存在显著差异,女生心理不健康的比例高于男生;但新生整体适应新环境的能力和创新能力还不强。本文认为大学素质教育应充分考虑到新生的这种心理特征和差异现象。

By means of personality factor measuring table Cattell and undergraduate mental health measuring table UPI,a survey of the mental health and psychological quality has been made for the freshman of the year 2002 in Changsha University of Science and Technology. The results show that the overall mental health conditions were good, but the group mental health levels of the investigated developed unevenly according to their majors.The ratio of the unhealthy for females is higher than that for males; there exists an obvious thumbprint difference between the females and males as well as the difference between those majoring in liberal arts and in science and technology; the creativity and ability of adapting themselves to a new environment was rather weak. According to the survey, a consideration of the above mentioned characteristics and differences should be taken into account in order to realize quality education.
