摘要
介绍一种用于动态调整柴油机喷油量和喷油正时的控制系统。该系统的喷油泵是基于可控预行程原理设计的,以步进电机为执行器,以8098单片机为控制单元的核心,对系统的采集精度及执行器的静态特性进行了试验分析。模拟两极式和全程式调整器对A型泵进行了控制试验,并取得了控制曲线。
A control system for dynamically regulating the amount of injection and injection timing in diesel engines is presented in this paper. In the system an injection pump is designed based on controllable pre-stroke principle, a stepmotor is adopted as an executive unit and a model 8098 monolithic circuit as the kernal of controlling unit. The collecting accuracy of the system and static characteristics of the executive unit have been tested and analysed, the controlling performance of an A type pump have also been studied for simulating two-terminal and whole stroke regulators, then the controlling curves are obtained.
