摘要
若使汽车的实际制动力调节线接近Ⅰ线,且使汽车无论在什么条件下制动都能使前轮先抱死或前后轮局时抱死,就应当安装制动力调节阀。论述了惯性比例阀和感载比例阀的工作原理和设计方法、应用范围和计算公式,并以实例进行了设计计算。
As long as a motor vehicle is required that the actual braking force regulating line must approach the ideal one, Ⅰ line, and front wheels must be locked earlier or simutaneously locked with rear wheels under any braking action conditions, it is neccssary to install braking force regulating valves. In this paper the working principle, design methods, application scope and calculation equations of inertia proportion valve and load sensing proportion valve are described with design and calculation examples.
