摘要
在螺栓的螺纹部位预涂干膜锁固胶,当装配中螺母旋入时微胶囊被挤破,释放出促进剂,在绝氧条件下与胶液聚合固化。实际生产和装车道路试验结果表明,应用该技术可满足大批量生产中装配节拍的要求,有效地解决了螺栓因振动、冲击、过载等原因引起的松动,达到锁固与密封的目的。
As soon as the bolts are engaged with nuts、presmearing dry-film locking sealants on the screw portion of bolts, the microcapsule of sealant is squeezed and ruptured, in the same time released promoter which polymerized and solidified wiht liquid sealants in the absence of oxygen. Practical production and experimental results of automobile road tests proved that application of this technique helps to meet the requirementoof assembling rhythm in mass production, and effectively solve bolt loosing caused by vibration, impact and over load, etc.
