摘要
介绍了日本日野TOKYU、TLE型挂车后悬架修理、配件代用加工及改进方法。重点叙述了衬套材料的代用、制动凸轮轴的修复、制动蹄滚轮的改进以及固定销衬套的代用方法。经10余万公里运行考验,证明效果良好。
This paper presents the repair of rear suspension for HINO TOKYU TLE trailer, the substitution and remaking methods of its spare parts. It lays stress on the substitution of bush material, remedy of brake camshaft, improving of brake shoe roller and substitution of fixed pin bush, etc. After more than 100,000km operation it is proved that the results are satisfactory.
