按流水线生产节拍的要求,焊机在PC机的腔制下,能完成车轮合成焊接整套机械动作的自动化。该自动CO_2焊机主要用于“桑塔纳”轿车车轮合成焊接,其扩展功能能适应“奥迪”,“标致”等车轮的合成焊接。灾际使用表明,该焊机自动化程度高、焊接质量好、生产效率高。

A welding machine controlled by PC computer is developed for automatically performing all mechanical operations, including building up and welding wheel rims in accordance with the production line tempo. This CO_2 automatic welding machine is mainly built for wheels of SANTANA sedan, however it can potentially be used to perform the same work to suit the AUDI and PEUGEOT sedans. The practical application shows that the welding machine has high automation level, fine welding quality and high Production efficiency.
