摘要
体育院校 (系 )与其他高等院校一样 ,今年迎来了我国扩大招生后的第 1届毕业生 ,毕业生的超常增加使毕业生就业问题已经成为社会的热点问题。尽管我国目前确立的“市场导向、政府调控、学校推荐、学生与用人单位双向选择”的就业制度深入人心 ,极大地活跃了我国的人才市场 ,但就业难问题也确实存在。如何在向大众化高等教育过渡进程中探索就业制度的新思路 ,通过对中日两国大学体育教育专业毕业生就业制度比较分析 ,提出若干重要的启示和观点 ,旨在为我国体育教育专业就业制度改革提供参考。
This year, physical colleges and other universities, they are commonly facing the first graduates after our country implemented the policy to enlarge the enrollment of college students. Owing to the graduates' supernormal increasing, the employment has become a highlight issue of society. Although the policy to employment, which is market leading, government controlling, college recommending and double sides choices between the students and units, has been well received and greatly thrived the human resource market, it is still a toughproblem for graduates. But how to explore a new way to solve it during the course of the popularizing higher education? This article has put forward several important opinions and apocalypses through the comparison between China and Japan in order to give references to the reform of PE employment system.
