篮球和乒乓球教学课对大学新生凝聚力影响的分析

Analysis of the Effect of Basketball and Table Tennis Lessons on the Cohesion of Freshmen

根据体育课的项目不同把被试者分成两个组 ,利用群体环境问卷 (GEQ)对 98名大学新生在体育课前后分别进行了测量 ,并对结果进行了T检验分析。目的是通过不同项目体育教学课对大学新生群体凝聚力的影响的研究 ,探讨大学体育课对促进大学新生群体凝聚力的作用 ,为提高大学新生的适应能力和心理健康水平提供参考。对测量结果的统计分析表明 :篮球课 (F(1,5 2 ) =2 .2 4,P <0 0 5 )对提高大学新生的群体凝聚力有显著作用 ,而在乒乓球课(F(1,46 ) =1 15 ,P >0 0 5 )中则没有发现这种显著作用。认为体育课对提高大学新生的群体凝聚力有显著作用 ,不同体育项目对凝聚力影响的性质和程度也不同。在高校体育教育中应重视不同项目体育课的特点 ,采用灵活的教学方式。

The group cohesion is an important factor to make the team united. Through the research on the effect of physical education lessons to the group cohesion of the freshmen, the present study examined the positive effect on the college physical education to group cohesion. So we can put forward some references to the development of the college freshmen's adapt ability and mental health level .The students were divided into two groups according to different events the students had in physical education class. Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) was used in the freshmen before and after the physical education classes were over all the term, and T-test was used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis suggested that the basketball class has a significant effect on the group cohesion (F (1,52)=2.24,P<0.05), but does not have a significant effect in table tennis class (F (1,46)=1.15,P>0.05). In Conclusions, physical education class has a significant effect on the group cohesion of freshmen, but different events have differences in nature and extent. So in the college physical education, we should use various methods in physical education class according to the characters of different events.
