摘要
表象训练是在体育运动实践中最为广泛运用的心理训练方法之一。 2 0世纪 80年代以后 ,表象训练开始被运用到体育教学中 ,并且主要集中在动作比较复杂的项目中。大量的实验研究表明 ,在体育教学中运用表象训练可以有效地提高体育教学效果。心理训练与教学效果关系的研究较晚 ,目前尚处于探索的阶段 ,在以后的研究中应该考虑制订适合国内使用的测量工具 ,并且结合生理指标来检测实验效果。
Image training is one of the important ways of mental strategic training in sport. It was used in PE education after 80'S, specially in complicated movement. A lot of studies indicated that it was efficient to use image training in PE education. We should set some of our own psychological instrument in the future, and use both psychology and physiology to judge the result.
