在分析国外12种新型发动机活塞裙部外形型面公差注法及限值的基础上,结合裙面的功能要求和使用国产S1-240B车床、意大利产RPS-240磨床的具体工艺设备,讨论了活塞裙面公差的标注方式和限值等问题。

Based on the analysis of the marking method and limits of piston skirt profile tolerance for 12 models of new type foreign made engines, the marking methods and limits of piston skirt tolerance are discussed in this paper in consideration of the functional requirements to the piston skirt, and of the specific process by utilizing domestic model S1-240B lathe and model RPS-240 grinding machine made in italy.
