田径技术教学运用组合教学法的实验研究

摘要 借鉴积累的经验 ,优选教学方法 ,对新的教学方法进行教学实验研究。结果表明 :实验组在技术评定与理论测试中 ,成绩均好于对照组。说明组合教学法遵循了现代田径教学规律 ,注重了学生快速、牢固地掌握技术动作 ;注重了对学生各种能力的培养 ,优化了教学过程 ,使田径运动教学更加合理、完善。 This paper, on the base of accumulating experience, selects an optimum teaching method, does lots of research on the new teaching method and finds that theexperimental group did a better job on both technique assessment and theory test than the compared group. Thus, we reach a conclusion that the combined teaching method not only follows the rules of modern track-and-field teaching which helps students to grasp technique actions more quickly and steadily, but also pays attention to developing multi-ability which consummates the teaching process and makes the track-and-field teaching more reliable and perfect.
