摘要
为了使板簧装配压紧前各簧片中部留有一定间隙,在压紧之后又能使各簧片形成一定的负弯矩,并保证其工作状态下具有较低的复合应力,设计时应对板簧片进行预加弯矩的分配计算。本文介绍了一种用于板簧簧片预加弯矩分配计算的函数计算法,并给出了计算实例。
In order to maintain a specified clearance in middle portion of each leaf of spring before compressed tightly during assembling while the leaf is enab/ed to exert a specific negative bending moment after being compressed and to ensure the leaf spring to possess lower combined stress under operation, the preloaded bending moment distribution in leaf spring should be calculated during design stage. In this paper a function calculation method of preloaded bending moment distribution for leaves of spring is described with actual examples.
