摘要
解放牌CA10B型汽车的转向节,由垫片式滑动止推轴承改为滚动式止推轴承之后,其转向力虽有较大幅度减小,但以CA10B型底盘改装的公共汽车和一些专用汽车,其转向沉重问题仍很严重。解放CA141型汽车采用了循环球式转向器、万向节传动,并通过合理布置,减少了万向节安装角度差,从而减小了转向力。
After the washer type sliding thrust bearing for steering knuckle was modified into roiling thrust bearing in Jie Fang model CA10B truck, the steering force of the latter has been decreased by a big margin. But heary steering still severely existed in some buses and special-purpose vehicles refitted from CA10B chassis. A reeirculating ball steering gear with universal joint shaft has been adopted on Jie Fang model CA141 truck, and by way of reasonable layout, the differece between two universal joint yoke installation angles is reduced. As a result light steering is thereby achieved.
