摘要
介绍了却贝尔257·12D型车转向器的结构特点和工作原理,在此基础上分析了其动力转向性能变坏的原因,并介绍了维修方法。经分析认为,该转向器产生单向或双向转向沉重、机械转向困难等故障的主要原因都是由于发生“窜油”(内部涉漏)现象而引起的。
This paper introduces the constructional features and working principle of steering gear for CEPEL model 257·12D truck, upon which the reason why the power steering behavior becomes worse are analysed and the corresponding maintenance is given. It is realized from the analysis that the main reason which has caused havier steering in one or both directons and difficult to mechanically steer is due to internal oil leakage within the steering gear.
