摘要
介绍了汽车传动轴力矩传递静力分析。传动轴产生振动主要由4种原因引起:①传动轴本身质量不平衡;②由传动轴的从动叉转速变化产生的惯性动力矩;③横向力偶;④有关因素引起的传动轴自激振动。分析了横向力偶产生原因及其量的变化关系,提出了减少各轴横向力偶的措施。
A static analysis on the torque transfer in automotive propeller shafts is presented in this paper. Four major reasons probably cause propeller shaft vibration: 1. mass unbalance of propeller shaft itself, 2. dynamic inertia moment caused by varied rotating speed of driven U-joint yoke of propeller shaft, 3. transverse couple of force, 4. self excited vibraton in propeller shaft due to relevant factors. The factors caused transverse couple and the variaton in couple size are analysed, then the measures for reducing transverse couple for each shaft are hereupon proposed.
