摘要
用滚齿机滚切挂轮(斜齿轮)时,采用以往的普通近似分数37/32选配,只能保证8~9级的齿向精度。采用连分数逼近的方法,借助于计算机辅助计算,大大降低了传动比误差及齿向误差,提高了齿轮加工精度,并可缩短挂轮选配时间。
When cutting helical gears with a hobbing machine, if the changing gear train is selected by conventional approximate fraction 37/32, then only 8-9 grade of tooth curve accuracy can probably be reached. While the changing gear is selected by continued-fraction approach method and calculated by the aid of computer, the error in transmission ratio and tooth curve could be obviously reduced, the machining accuracy of gears can be enhanced and the time for selecting changing gear shortened.
