摘要
第三代外语人才将是尖端的、精英式的创新型人才。探讨外语创新人才的内涵和培养体系具有十分重要的教育意义和社会价值。本文通过调查表明，当代外语大学生，心目中的外语创新人才的内涵由创新知识、创新能力、创新个性、创新品质构成。高年级学生与低年级学生尽管在局部构成比重上有所差别，但总体认识是一致的。
The third generation of foreign language talents will be advanced and innovative elites. It is of great educational and social significance to explore the connotation of such talents and the system of their cultivation. The present investigation reveals that the connotation of innovative foreign language talents proposed by modern university students consists of such components as innovation bound knowledge, capability, individuality and morality. Though slightly different in their focus of emphasis, students of high and low grades share their views on the whole.
