抗精子抗体与慢性前列腺炎的关系

Correlation between antisperm antibodies and chronic prostatitis

目的 探讨抗精于抗体(AsAb)与慢性前列腺炎的关系。方法 应用ELISE-Combi试剂盒对30例慢性前列腺炎不育男性和30例非慢性前列腺炎不育男性的血清中抗精于抗体进行检测。结果 慢性前列腺炎不育组AsAb的阳性率明显高于非慢性前列腺炎不育组(P<0.05);慢性前列腺炎治愈组阳性率明显低于未愈组和非慢性前列腺炎不育组,而非慢性前列腺炎不育组AsAb阳性率明显低于慢性前列腺炎未愈组(P<0.05)。结论 (1)慢性前列腺炎引起的不育与抗精子抗体有关。(2)治疗慢性前列腺炎引起的免疫性不育,首先应治愈慢性前列腺炎,否则会影响治疗效果。

Objective To research the relationship between antisperm antibody (AsAb) and chronic prostatitis Methods ELISE-Combi's kit was used to test AsAb in serum of 30 infertiles with chronic prostatitis, 30 infertiles without chronic prostatitis. Results The positive rate of AsAb in the infertiles with chronic prostatitis was significantly higher than that in the infertiles without chronic prostatitis(P<0.05). The positive rate of AsAb in the cured group was significantly lower than the non-cured group and the infertiles without chronic prostatitis. The positive rate of AsAb in the infertiles without chronic prostatitis was significantly lower than the non-cured group (P<0.05). Conclusions (1) There is a correlation between AsAb and chronic prostatitis. (2) The immunological infertility caused by chronic prostatitis should cure chronic prostatitis firstly, otherwise the curing effect will be decreaseed.
