对胫骨平台骨折关节面整复与疗效的探讨

Discussion on Articular Surface Reduction and Therapeutic Effect of Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的 :探讨胫骨平台骨折关节面整复与疗效的关系。方法 :复习自 1994年 7月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月采用切开复位 ,螺钉、骨栓或支持钢板等内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折 46例术前术后X线片 ,术后膝关节功能恢复情况。结果 :随访 3 7例 ,随访时间 1～ 7年 ,优 2 1例 ,良 13例 ,差 3例。结论 :切开复位关节面整复是取得胫骨平台骨折满意疗效的关键。

Objective:To discuss the relation of articular surface reduction and therapeutic effect of tibial plateau fractures.Methods:To review all aspects of 46 patients, including tibial plateau fracture type, operative management and associated injuries, were documented. Preoperative and postoperative follow-up radiographs were analyzed for fracture classification and adequacy of reduction.Results:Thirty-seven patients were followed-up for 1～7 years,the results were excellent in 21 cases,good in 13 cases,poor in 3 cases.Conclusions:Open reduction and articular surface reduction is a key technique for the treatment of the plateau fractures.
