Safety evaluation on organotin pesticide

目的 评价有机锡农药的安全性。方法 按GB 15 670 -1995农药登记毒理学试验方法对 5种有机锡农药进行急性经口、经皮毒性试验 ,家兔眼刺激试验及家兔急性皮肤刺激试验。结果 5种有机锡农药急性经口毒性、急性经皮毒性均属低毒级 ,对眼的刺激强度有 2种为中至重度刺激性 ,3种为重度刺激性。对皮肤的刺激强度 2种为轻度刺激性 ,2种中等刺激性 ,1种强刺激性。结论 5种有机锡农药经口、经皮均属低毒农药制剂 ,对皮肤、眼粘膜的刺激较强 ,生产者和使用者要极其小心操作 。

To evaluate the safety of organotin pesticide. Five kinds of organotin pesticide were tested by conducting oral toxicity test and acute dermal toxicity test on rats, skin irritation test and eye irritation test were also conducted according to the regulation of GB 15670-1995 methods for pesticide register toxicity test. The toxicity of acute oral and acute dermal of the five pesticide belong to low toxicity grade. Two kinds of pesticide had moderate to severe irritant intensity on the eyes, and three of them had severe irritant intensity. Two of them had severe irritant intensity on the skin and another two had moderate irritant intensity and the rest one had severe irritant intensity.[Conclusion] Those five kinds of organotin pesticide all belong to low oral and dermal toxicity pesticide, but have intensive irritability to skin and eye. The manufacturer and users should operate carefully and be aware of safety protection against accidents.
