Effect of trinitrotoluene on the physiological function of male mice's reproductive system

目的 研究三硝基甲苯对雄性小鼠生殖系统生理机能的影响。方法 将 40只小鼠随机分为 4组 :三硝基甲苯 3 5、70、14 0mg/kg为实验组和对照组 ,灌胃染毒。 3 0d后电镜观察小鼠睾丸的超微结构。结果 三硝基甲苯染毒性小鼠睾丸的超微结构出现病理学改变 ,70、14 0mg/kg染毒组比 3 5mg/kg组变化明显。结论 三硝基甲苯对雄性小鼠生殖系生理机能有损伤。

To study the effect of trinitrotoluene on the physiological function of male mice's reproductive system. 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with trinitrotoluene intake of 35 mg/kg, 70 mg/kg, 140 mg/kg respectively and the control group. Ultrastructure of the mice's testis was observed after 30 days. The ultrastructure of the mice's testis had pathologic changes.[Conclusion] Trinitrotoluene may cause injuries on mice's reproductive function.
