香菊兰药浴液药效成分分析及抑菌效果研究

Analysis on the effective elements of Xiang ju lan medical bathing liquid and its bacteria restraining effect

目的 对发明的香菊兰药浴液的药效成分及抑菌效果进行研究。方法 此浴液成分经气相色谱分析 ,薄层层析展开并于紫外光谱下扫描 ;采用 4株菌株观察其灭菌率。结果 A组分含樟脑 0 0 0 2 2 % ,薄荷脑 0 0 64 5 % ,麝香草酚 0 0 13 4%。B组分含有与板兰根及青蒿相同波长的斑点成分。对 4株菌株作抑制试验 ,发现均有一定程度的抑菌效果 ,0 5～ 5 0h灭菌率达 3 5 %～ 10 0 %。结论 香菊兰药浴液具备了消暑、怯痒、抗感染等功效。

To study the effective elements of Xiang ju lan medical bathing liquid and its bacteria restraining effect.The elements of the bathing liquid were analyzed with gas chromatography, and were scanned by ultraviolet spectra. The bacteria restraining rate was observed with 4 strains.The elements in group A include camphor (0.002 2%), menthol (0.064 5%) and thymol (0.013 4%) . The elements in group B contain spots which wavelength is similar with that of Ban lan gen and Qing hao. Bacteria restraining test on the 4 strains all showed certain effect. The bacteria restraining rate in 0.5～5.0 hr reached 35%～100%.[Conclusion]Xiang ju lan medical bathing liquid is effective in heat-mitigating, itch-easing and anti-infecting.
