摘要
目的 :研究不同浓度的月桂氮 艹卓 酮对灭痤乳膏中螺内酯小鼠离体皮肤渗透性的影响。方法 :用改良的 Franz扩散池 ,选用不同浓度月桂氮 艹卓 酮 (0、1%、2 %和 5 %)作促渗性试验 ,采用 HPL C法测定和计算药物累积释放量 (Q) ,稳态流量 (J) ,渗透系数 (Kp)。结果 :含 1%~ 5 %月桂氮 艹卓 酮的灭痤乳膏中螺内酯的 Q值 ,较不含月桂氮 艹卓 酮者增加了 73.6 6 %~ 74.6 1%,但各浓度间 Q值无显著性差异。结论 :1%~ 5 %月桂氮 艹卓 酮对灭痤乳膏中螺内酯有明显促渗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of azone of different concentrations on Spironolactone in miecuo (cure acne) cream transcutaneous permeation through rat skin in vitro. Methods: The improved Franz diffusing cell was applied. Accumulative permeation quantity(Q), steady percutaneous speed(J) and permeation coefficient(Kp) were determined by HPLC. Results: The Q of spironolactone in cream was increased 73.66%~74.61% with 1%~5% azone. Conclusion: There was the significant effect of 1%~5% azone in percutaneous absorption of spironolactone.
