POEMS综合征相关性肾病研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 POEMS综合征相关性肾病主要表现为轻 -中度蛋白尿 ,进行性肾功能衰竭 ,其他尚可表现为镜下血尿、肾脏体积缩小以及高血压 ;其病理特点可归结为膜增生性肾小球肾炎样 (MPGN like)改变、微血管病变及系膜溶解病变 ;其发病机制可能有单克隆免疫球蛋白成分沉积于肾小球基底膜、肾小球毛细血管内皮损伤及微血管病变、细胞因子和生长因子参与 ;其治疗目前主要是激素治疗。
