大鼠脑缺血再灌注后海马组织兴奋性氨基酸含量的动态观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察大鼠脑缺血再灌注后海马组织兴奋性氨基酸(Excitatory amino acids,EAA)含量的动态变化。方法:阻断大鼠双侧颈总动脉进行缺血再灌注,于术后第1、7、15天用氨基酸自动分析仪测海马组织EAA含量。结果:第1天模型大鼠Glu、Asp含量分别是:8.26±2.13、2.10±0.93μmol·g^(-1),第7天二者含量分别是:7.27±2.20、1.87±2.01μmol·g^(-1),均较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.05—0.01);第15天二者含量分别是:9.36±2.24、1.42±1.21μmol·g^(-1),明显低于正常组。结论:脑缺血再灌注可使海马组织EAA异常释放,高浓度的EAA在脑的缺血再灌注损伤中起重要作用。 Objective: To observe dynamic changes of excitatory amino acids (EAA) content of hippocampus in cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats. Methods: Amino-acid auto - analyzer was used to measure the EAA content on the 1st day, 7th day and 15th day after cerebral ischemia reperfusion by common caratid artery occlusion. Results; The Glu and Asp contents of hippocampus were respectively 8. 26 ±2. 13,2.10±0. 93μmol · g-1 on the 1st day, 7. 27±2. 20,1- 87±2. 01pimol · g-1 on the 7th day and 9. 36± 2- 24,1. 42±1. 21μmol · g-1 on the 15th day in the model group, which significantly decreased compared with the control group (P<0. 05 - 0. 01). Conclusion: Cerebral ischemia reperfusion can induce abnormal change of EAA content of hippocampus, high contentration EAA have an importent effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
