TLRs研究进展

摘要 TLRs是参与固有性免疫的一类古老的蛋白质家族,距今至少有5亿年.目前在人类中已经确认的TLRs有10种,这些分子是固有性免疫模式识别受体,可识别多种不同的病原微生物等表面的病原体相关分子特式结构.
