摘要
目的:制订当归的鉴别及含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸的含量。结果:阿魏酸在0.040～0.200μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.8%。结论:该方法简便易行,重现性好。
Objective: To study the methods of identification and assay in Chinese Angelica. Method: Using TLC to identify ferulic acid and using HPLC to determine the content of ferulic acid. Results: The linear range of ferulic acid was from 0.040 to 0.20靏. The average recovery was 100.3%, RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion: The methods are simple and accurate.
