摘要
目的:探讨二仙汤不同时间对肾阳虚大鼠促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)的影响。方法:SD大鼠以腺嘌呤灌胃30d,造成肾阳虚模型。造模大鼠随机分成模型组、二仙汤组,在喂药后不同时间(10、20、30d)观察对血浆ACTH含量的影响。结果:二仙汤组ACTH量随着时间的延长呈现递增的趋势,二仙汤具有改善肾阳虚大鼠低水平ACTH的作用(P<0.05)。结论:二仙汤提高肾阳虚大鼠ACTH含量是其治疗肾阳虚的机理之一。
Objective:To study the influence of Erxian Decoction(EXD) at differnet time on the ACTH level in Kidney-yang Deficiency rats. Methods:Kidney-yang Deficiency rats were randomly divided into the model group and EXD group. We observe the effects on the ACTH in plasma at different time (10、20、30d). Results:The time more, the ACTH level is more in EXD group; EXD can improve low ACTH level of Kidney-yang Deficiency rats (P<0.05). Conclusion:EXD can increase ACTH level, that is one of the mechanisms of treating the Kidney-yang Deficiency.
