电极法与酶法CO_2测定的相关性

摘要 目的 :探讨电极法与酶法 CO2 测定的相关性。方法 :采用 CO2 电极法与酶法对一般标本和溶血、黄疸、乳糜标本进行测定及统计。结果 :批内 CV为 :电极法 1.91%~ 2 .87% ,酶法 3.2 3%~ 4 .2 8% ;批间 CV为 :电极法 2 .13%~ 3.0 2 % ,酶法 4 .0 1%~ 5 .6 3%。二种方法线性范围均最少可达 4 8.3mmol/ L。平均回收率 :电极法 10 0 .5 7% ,酶法 10 0 .78%。相关性 :r=0 .998,且两者差异无显著意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :电极法与酶法测定 CO2 结果准确 ,相关性好 。 Objective To observe the concentration of CO 2 by using electrode method and enzyme method. Methods The commmon samples and hemolysis samples and icterus samples and chyli samples were detected by electrode method and enzyme method respectively. Results the coefficient of variation in batch of detecting the concentration of CO 2 by electrode method was 1.91 %~2.87 %, that of enzyme method was 3.23 %~4.28 %. The coefficient of variation among batches of detecting electrode method was 100.57 %, that of using enzyme method was 100.78 %. The correlation of the two methods was 0.998 and there was no significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The concentration of CO 2 detected by electrode method and enzyme method are accurate. The correlation of two methods was very well and there was interaction agent. The concentration of CO 2 by electrode method was 4.01 %~5.63 %.
