摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计方法 ,对实现体育科技成果转化的主体和动力进行分析。认为体育管理部门、体育院校和科研所、运动队是实现体育科技成果转化的三个主体 ;其转化动力分别来自于体育管理部门的推动力、体育院校和科研所的科技创新驱动力、运动队的需求引力。
Using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the present paper makes an approach of the principal part and motive force to realize the transformation of the achievements in science and technology. It holds that sports administrative departments, physical education institutes, research institutes of sports science and sports teams are the three principal parts of the realization of the above transformation. The motive force of their transformation originates from the pushing power of sports arrangements, the driving power of bringing forth new ideas in science and technology of physical education institutes and research institutes, as well as the attraction of requirements of sports teams.
