中国体育经济由非均衡向均衡转化的研究

Research on Transformation of Chinese Sports Economy from Imbalance to Balance

采用文献资料等研究方法 ,认为中国体育经济目前是在非均衡状态下运行 ,表明中国体育经济应由第二类非均衡向第一类非均衡转化 ,进而向均衡转化。提出加大市场培育力度、健全体育市场、建立体育经济部门利益约束和预算约束机制、调整结构、开发资源。

By the research methods of literature and so on, the author thinks that the Chinese sports economy is moving in an unbalanced state at present, which indicates that the Chinese sports economy should transform imbalance from the first kind to the second one, and then to balance. At the same time, the author also proposes the following measures: to strengthen cultivation of markets, to perfect sports markets, to set up the mechanism of restricting the benefits and budgets of sports economy development, to regulate structure, to develop resources, to perfect policies laws and regulations and so on.
