70岁以上食管贲门癌病人的外科治疗

Surgical therapy in treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancer patients elder than 70 years

目的探讨高龄食管贲门癌病人的手术治疗效果。方法手术治疗70岁以上食管贲门癌病人146例。结果全组无手术死亡,未发生严重并发症。1～5年内122例病人获随访,生存率1年68.21%、3年42.20%、5年26.16%。结论高龄并非食管贲门癌病人手术禁忌证,只要选择合适病例,加强围术期处理,手术是安全的,疗效是比较满意的。

Objective To study the surgical effect of the esophageal and cardiac carcinoma in the patients elder than 70 years. Methods All the 146 patients elder than 70 years with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were suffered to operations. Results There were not serious complication and death during perioperation. Of the 146 patients 122 were followed-up from 1 to 5 years. The 1,3 and 5 year-survival rates were 68.21%,42.20% and 26.16% respectively. Conclusion Elder is not the operative contraindication of esophageal and cardiac cancer.If choosen cases appropriately in preoperation and treated carefully during perioperation, the patients would be safe and satisfied.
