九气拈痛胶囊镇痛作用研究

Research on analgesia effect of Jiuqiniantong capsule

目的探讨九气拈痛胶囊镇痛的作用及对实验动物血液流变学及神经内分泌激素的影响。方法利用催产素所致大鼠痛经模型,观察九气拈痛胶囊对大鼠血液流变学及神经内分泌激素的影响。结果九气拈痛胶囊能减少痛经大鼠30min内的扭体次数,降低扭体发生率,能改善痛经大鼠的血液流变性,降低前列腺素F2α和血栓素B2含量,升高前列腺素E2和6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量,调节血浆β-EP的水平,调节子宫组织ET-1、NO的含量,其效果与月月舒相似。结论九气拈痛胶囊具有镇痛作用,其作用机制与改善血液流变性,调节神经内分泌激素有关。

Objective To investigate the analgesia effect of Jiuqiniantong capsule and its influencing on hemorrheology and neuroendocrine hormone of experimental animal.Methods With the rats model of oxytocin-induced dysmenorrhea,the effects of Jiuqiniantong capsule on hemorrheology and neuroendocrine hormone and so on were observed.Results Jiuqiniantong capsule could significantly restraint wring times and reduce the incidence of wring in oxytocin-induced dysmenorrhea rats and could, improve the hemorrheology,decrease the level of prostaglandinF2α and thromboxinB2, increase the levels of prostag-landinE2 and 6-kero-prostaglandinF1α,could regulate the content of β-EP in blood plasma, and regulate the NO and ET-1 in uterine tissue,in which aspects the therapeutic effects of Jiuqiniantong capsule were similar to Yueyueshu.Conclusions JiuqiNiantong capsule has the analgesia effects,which is relevant to improve hemorrheology and regulate neuroendocrine hormone in the mechanism.
