茶多酚对家兔血脂的影响

Effect of green tea polyphenols on serum lipid protein in rabbits

目的观察茶多酚在高脂血症形成过程中对家兔血脂的影响。方法24只家兔随机分为正常组、高脂对照组、0.2%茶多酚组和0.4%的茶多酚组。除正常组外,各组家兔均喂饲高脂饲料。0.2%茶多酚组和0.4%的茶多酚组在给予家兔高脂饲料的同时,分别在饮水中添加0.2%、0.4%的茶多酚,连续喂养12周;分别于实验前、6周末和12周末心脏穿刺取血测定家兔血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平。结果茶多酚组家兔血清TG、TC、LDL明显低于高脂对照组,HDL则高于高脂对照组(P<0.05)。结论茶多酚具有一定的调节血脂代谢的作用。

Objective To study the effect of green tea polyphenols(GTP) on reducing serum lipid in rabbits with hyperlipidemia induced by high-fat forage.Methods The 24 rabbits were randomly divided into normal control, hyperlipidemia control, 0.2% GTP and 0.4% GTP groups. Apart from the rabbits in control group, the rabbits in other groups were fed with high-fat forage. The rabbits in 0.2% GTP and 0.4% GTP groups drank water containing of 0.2% and 0.4% GTP respectively for 12 weeks. The blood samples were collected by intracardiac puncture at 6th,12th weekends and before experiment respectively and their serum lipids trilyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL) were detected. Results The serum TG, TC, low density lipoprotein (LDL) of rabbits in GTP groups were much lower than those of rabbits in heperlipidemia, and along with higher HDL(P<0.05). Conclusion GTP has the effect of regulating lipid metabolism of hyperlipidemia rabbits to some extent.
