口腔鳞癌患者化疗后粘膜溃疡及感染的防治

The prevention and treatment of oral cavity ulcer and infection of patients with oral cavity malignant cancer after chemotherapy

作者对４４例口腔颌面部鳞手术加化疗的患者，在化疗期间，使用庆大霉素与甲酰四氢叶酸钙的混合液漱口，作为实验组；给４８例使用单一的庆大霉素和甲酰四氢叶酸钙药液漱口作为对照组，以比较两种方法。结果，实验组的口腔溃疡的发生率比对照组有明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）；实验组口腔细菌的感染率也较对照组低，但无统计学差异。表明混合药物漱口液比单一药物漱口液有较大的优越性。

oral cavity malignant cancer patients who underwent operation and chemotherapy are taken as the Experiment Group, using a mixture liquid of Calcii Folinas and Gentamycin to rinse out the mouth. 48 patients using single drug gargle as the Comparison Group,The comparison between the two gargles' effects on oral ulcer and infection shows that the incidence of Oral ulcer in the Experiment Group is lower than that in the Comparison Group (P<0. 05) ,and there is a significant difference. The oral infection incidence is lower too (P>0. 05). There is no statistical difference. The expeiment suggests that gargling with mixture liquid is superior to using single drug liquid.
