摘要
采用文献资料调研、访谈、问卷调查等方法,对山西省中、小学体育教师继续教育的现状进行分析。结论:以学历达标、取得文凭或专业合格证书为目的的在职教育,在现阶段是中、小学体育教师教育一个必然的、补课的过程;中、小学体育教师职后的学历提升,呈现多类型和多层次的特点,继续教育培训形式的多样化和针对性,与中、小学体育教师不同发展阶段的需求相适应;继续教育内容必须适应社会发展和实施教师素质教育的要求。
By using the method of documentary, investigation, interview and questionnaire, this article makes analysis on current situation of physical education teacher's continuing education in primary and middle school in Shanxi province. The result shows that obtain diploma and qualified certificate are the main purpose of on-job education for primary and middle school teachers at present stage. Promoting record of formal schooling of primary and middle school physical education teachers shows the characteristics of many types and levels. The form of continuing education training should be suited to the needs of different stage. The content must keep abreast of social development and increase ability and levels of quality education.
