处于生长发育期的双颌前突患者，应用Ｅｄｇｅｗｉｓｅ矫治技术配会使用口外支抗加Ⅲ类颌间牵引，利用患者本身下颌骨生长发育的趋势，能促进颊部形态的改善，恢复面下１／３部分的美观，并取得良好的咬合关系，本文结合典型介绍病例，就治疗过程中使用的力系及疗效进行分析，评价。

In the treatment of growing bimaxillary protrusion patients ,Edgewise technique auxillary with extra oral anchorage and class Ⅲ elastic help to improve the patienti s chin shape,recover his beauty of lower factal part and get a good occlusion along with the growing of mandible. The purpose of this study is :analysis the force system in the treatment andevaluate the result of the treatment with sometypical cases.
