中风病人的营养评价及营养支持 被引量:2

摘要 中风病人的正确营养评价对提高营养支持的效果具有重要意义。由于中风病人的神经系统损伤,使胃肠粘膜屏障及吞咽障碍,导致营养不良发生率增高,死亡率也很高。在实施营养支持时,肠外营养与肠内营养应联合使用,并且添加谷氨酰胺、膳食纤维、生长激素等特殊营养物质,以增强营养支持的效果。
