细胞色素氧化酶与神经元功能——从细胞化学到分子影像学 被引量:4

摘要 细胞色素氧化酶(Cytochrome C Oxdiase,CO)作为一种内源性氧化代谢标记物,在神经元功能及神经系统疾病的研究中具有重要的意义。在CO的许多检测方法中,组织化学DAB法由于其操作简单,敏感性高,并可用于电镜观察提供高空间分辨率的神经元功能信息而被广泛应用,但不能用于活体检测。近年来分子影像学如NIRS、MRS、PEY的高速发展及其在脑功能研究中的广泛应用,可望在活体进行无创的神经元功能的检测。
