蛋白激酶C和迟发性脑血管痉挛

摘要 蛋白激酶 C(protein kinase C,PKC)为一类蛋白质的磷酸化激酶,在各种生命活动中发挥重要作用。蛛网膜下腔出血后多种致痉挛物质(如内皮素和氧和血红蛋白等)增多和一氧化氮生成减少均可使平滑肌细胞PKC异常激活,活化的PKC通过对激动蛋白肌丝相关蛋白和K^+通道等的磷酸化,同时还可通过激活蛋白酪氨酸激酶和丝裂素活化蛋白激酶,使脑动脉平滑肌持续收缩,导致迟发性脑血管痉挛的形成。
