癫痫与睡眠 被引量：4

摘要 癫痫和睡眠之间相互作用、密切相关。癫痫发作和癫痫样放电对于睡眠结构、睡眠效率等具有显著的影响,同样睡眠觉醒周期也影响癫痫样活动的分布和频率,且纠正睡眠障碍有助于癫痫的治疗。本文简要综述了癫痫和睡眠之间的相互关系和机理。
