全结肠镜诊断大肠肿瘤1593例分析

The analysis of colonscopic diagnosis of colorectal tumour 1 593 cases

目的 评价全结肠镜对大肠腺瘤性息肉及大肠癌的诊断价值以及大肠腺瘤性息肉摘除术对预防大肠癌发生的作用。方法 统计 1990～ 2 0 0 2年我院消化内镜室检出的大肠腺瘤性息肉及大肠癌。结果 10 75 0例全结肠镜检查中 ,成功插入回盲部 10 5 6 8例 ,成功率为 98.3% ,检出大肠腺瘤性息肉 96 5例 ,检出率为 8.9% ,大肠癌 6 2 8例 ,检出率 5 .8%。结论 全结肠镜检查是发现大肠腺瘤性息肉及大肠癌的最佳方法。

Objective To study the clinical value of colonscopy in diagnosis of colorectal tumuor and the value of colonscopic polypectomy in reducing the incidence of colorectal cancer. Methods The colorectal tumuor cases from 1990 to 2002 were restropectively analyzed . Results Of 1 0750 cases examined, the rate of colorectal tumour was 14.8%. Conclusion The study suggests that colonscopy is the main measure to detect colorectal tumour and coloscopic polyectomy can reduce the incidence of coloral can cer.
