摘要 通过样品分离、烘干浓缩,并选择适合微量样品测试的载体———纯单晶硅片进行制片,建立了大气粉尘样品中矿物分析的前处理方法。通过对粉尘气溶胶样品中矿物的衍射分析,以定性分析为基础,提出了以粉尘中的主要矿物———石英作为参比矿物、获得其它矿物参比含量的衍射结果解释方法。 A method for mineralogical analysis of atmospheric dust samples by XRD is developed. Sample pretreatment procedure includes two steps. Firstly, particles in the loading filters are separated from the Teflon filters using an ultrasonic vibrator and then concentrated by low temperature vaporization. Secondly, these particles are freely deposited on a pure monocrystalline silicon slide by using pipette for XRD analysis. To obtain semiquantitative results of the XRD analysis, quartz was selected as a reference mineral to calculate other mineral reference contents. Results show that the mineral reference contents in dust samples from different sites can be use to trace different aerosol sources.
