摘要
回顾了1992年以来国内外地质标准物质的主要情况。简单介绍了国际标准化组织在此期间颁布的有关文件。讨论了建立溯源性、均匀性检验等方面的一些问题。
A review regarding the development of domestic and foreign geological certified reference materials since 1992 was given. Recommendations for the certification of reference materials, as recently published by the International Organization for Standardization were reviewed. Remarks were given on some topics of the demonstration of traceability and the test of homogeneity.
