摘要
应用AFS 820型双道原子荧光仪测定芦荟中砷和硒,方法检出限分别为As0.51μg/L;Se0.42μg/L。经国家一级植物标准物质分析验证,结果与标准值相符。5次测定相对标准偏差As<2.3%;Se<3.1%。
It is reported in this paper that As and Se in Aloe has been determined by hydride generationatomic fluorescence spectrometry.The method provides detection limits of 0.51 μg/L for As and 0.42 μg/L for Se.The method has been applied to the determination of As and Se in standard reference vegetation materials. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of <2.3% RSD (n=5) for As and <3.1% RSD (n=5) for Se.
