心痛治肝法(心痛灵Ⅱ号)对冠心病心绞痛患者血脂代谢及内皮功能的影响

Effect of Xintongling-Ⅱon Lipids and Endothelial Function in Patients with Coronary Angina Pectoris

目的观察心痛灵Ⅱ号对冠心病心绞痛的治疗作用。方法将冠心病心绞痛患者90例随机分为心痛灵Ⅱ号组、心痛灵Ⅰ号组、消心痛组,每组30例,分别予心痛灵Ⅱ号、心痛灵Ⅰ号和消心痛;测定治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、HDL-C/LDL-C、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)。结果治疗后心痛灵Ⅱ号组、心痛灵Ⅰ号组TC、TG、LDL-C值下降,HDL-C、HDL-C/LDL-C值升高,而心痛灵Ⅱ号组在升高HDL-C,降低LDL-C方面明显优于心痛灵Ⅰ号组,消心痛组则无明显改变;治疗后各组均血浆ET降低、血清NO水平升高,ET/NO平衡改善。结论心痛灵Ⅱ号能调节血脂代谢及ET/NO平衡,保护血管内皮细胞的损伤,提示其为一种内皮细胞保护剂。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xingtong ling -Ⅱ(XTL -Ⅱ)on the patients with Coronary Angina Pectoris(CAP).Methods:90patients with CAP were randomly assigned to group XTL -Ⅱ(n =30),receiving XTL -Ⅱ,group XTL -Ⅰ(n =30),re-ceiving Xintongling -Ⅰ(XTL-Ⅰ)and group ID(n =30),receiving Isosorbide Dini-trate(ID).The data of TC,TG,HDL -C,LDL -C,HDL-C /LDL -C,ET and NO were recorded before and after treatment .Results:The decreases of TC,TG,LDL -C and the increases of HDL -C,HDL -C /LDL -C were very markedly in group XTL -Ⅱand group XTL -Ⅰafter treatment.And XTL -Ⅱpossessed the actions on declining t he level of LDL and elevating the level of HDL,showing significant superiority to XTL -Ⅰ.The concentration of plasma endothelin(ET)declined,the concentration of seru m nitric oxide(NO)elevated,and the balance of ET /NO re gulated in all groups.Conclusion:XTL -Ⅱcould regalate the abnormality of lipids,and inhibit coronary atherosc lerosos.XTL -Ⅱcould regulate the balance of ET /NO t o prevent injuries of vascular endothelial cells.The actions of XTL-Ⅱimplied that it was a possible protective agent of cardio-vascular endothelial cells.
